What a Coinkidink! A video

We are about 50 episodes or so into The Wonder Years on Netflix and Brian was playing with the new video camera he bought me for Christmas when he caught the doggies playing on tape. But the best part was that the narrator on The Wonder Years was kind of narrating the game Monty & Mabel were playing. Maybe it's a long shot, but we sure got a kick out of it!

Mabel can't jump up on the couch yet and Monty knows this so he goes up there when he wants a play break or to tease her with toys that she can't reach. So mean, I know!! Here's a few pics of the baby lady wishing she could jump up. She's getting pretty close. It's only a matter of time. Monty beware!

A new game of hiding under the table

Mabel likes to hide under the tables and bark obnoxiously at Monty which gives him the crazies (running as fast and low as possible with eyes wide and overall crazy). This apartment is already too small for the 4 of us haha! And she also recently discovered the toy box and how jumping in is the way to get a toy. In this video, after she goes in and Monty does too, you can see a quick second of how Monty tosses the ball up in the air to himself at 1:13.

Our apartment has been invaded!

It looks like a pet store exploded in our apartment! There's pee pads everywhere, toys, a gate and fleece blankets on the carpet to catch any accidents. I can honestly say the blankets probably won't be necessary in a couple of days since I'm on top of it with Mabel and her potty breaks. She will go outside on the patio and sometimes she misses the pad but I don't care. As long as she goes outside I think it will make things easier when it's time to transition to peeing on walks. She hasn't gone on a walk yet since she still hasn't completed all her shots. That will probably take a while to get used to but I'm hoping she'll see Monty and do what he does.
